Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and take orders at the bakery counter.
• Decorate bakery items and keep up with new designs and trends.
• Develop daily bakery orders and sizes for bakers.
• Track daily production and coordinate with coworkers to complete tasks.
• Order supplies for the decorating area and check receipts on delivery.
• Lead and guide part-time employees and review their work.
• Maintain sanitation and a clean, safe work area at all times.
• Answer phones and provide friendly service to customers.
• Assist with on-site delivery/setup of wedding cakes when needed.
