Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cake Decorator, Pastry Chef, or similar role in a professional kitchen or bakery.
• Proficiency in cake decorating techniques including fondant, buttercream, and piping.
• Strong knowledge of baking methods, pastry arts, and confectionery production.
• Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong artistic and creative eye.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, team-oriented attitude.
