Job Opportunity: Cake Decorator & Skilled Finish Clerk

Wadsworth Buehler's Fresh Foods, located at 175 Great Oaks Trail, Wadsworth, Ohio, is hiring a Production Clerk in the Manufacturing Department. The role involves skilled finishing work with cakes and specialty items, including icing, decorating, creating artwork, packaging, and producing novelty items within departmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

1. Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
2. Perform cake icing, decorating, and artwork creation.
3. Package finished products and produce related novelty items.
4. Perform secondary activities as assigned, including tasks performed by less specialized Production Clerks.

Requirements

• Availability: Must be available for 35+ hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Experience: Previous experience in bakery finishing and cake decoration preferred.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 80 lbs.

Additional Considerations

Must demonstrate productivity, organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
