Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicates effectively, maintains inventory, and controls shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Ensures consistency in bakery quality and decorations, follows recipes and safety standards, operates equipment, and understands product layout.
