Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the members' expectations.

What you'll do

1. Maintain Bakery Area: Clean and organize work surfaces, display cases, and equipment following company policies. Handle and store food safely, operate food-related equipment, and stock products properly.
2. Merchandise Presentation: Stock and organize displays, remove damaged goods, price items, and ensure design inventory is available for decorating options.
3. Decorative Design: Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily needs, operate bakery equipment, follow recipes, and use decorating tools to create designs on cakes, cupcakes, and pies according to member orders.
4. Member Service: Greet members, assist with purchases, take orders, locate merchandise, manage production to meet order deadlines, and resolve issues.
5. Safety and Maintenance: Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions. Handle claims, organize merchandise, and monitor shrink and damages.

Pay Range
