Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Cake Decorating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates to provide customer service and support business needs.
• Be a Techie: uses handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and support production and quality control.
• Be an Owner: manages bakery area quality, date control, waste reduction, and seasonal readiness to meet member expectations.
