Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Completion of all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if selected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Plan bakery production to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs.
• Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement.
• Drive performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality, date control standards and waste elimination.
• Act as a brand advocate, model high-quality service, and mentor others in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics, including food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using available data and resources, communicating progress and recommending improvement opportunities.
