Job summary

Sam's Club in Montgomery, IL is seeking a Cake Decorator to support bakery operations, decorate cakes and other bakery items, and ensure quality and safety standards while delivering friendly member service. You will work with teammates to maintain in-stock levels and control waste, following recipes and using decorating tools.

You will leverage digital tools when needed, help educate associates, and contribute to seasonal events with creativity and attention to detail while upholding company

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications6 Months' Experience In Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledge that the position requires completing trainings and assessments.
• Preferred Qualifications... Cake Decorating.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cake decorating across bakery items and ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with teams to educate associates on tools, tasks and resources and provide customer service.
• Maintain food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory in bakery.
• Drive bakery performance, assist seasonal events, and respond to member needs and inquiries.
• Model high quality service, train and mentor others, and uphold Walmart values.
