ShopRite is seeking a Cake Decorator at Sunrise, NJ, to support the Bakery Manager in daily operations, decorating pastries and bread, and ensuring a clean, visually appealing department. Duties include baking, dough handling, icing, packaging, and assisting customers with friendly service.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced retail bakery. Bakery experience and ability to follow recipes are preferred.

• Able to assist Bakery Manager and operate in a fast-paced retail bakery environment.
• Capable of standing and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer experience in the Bakery Dept.
• Assist in daily bakery operations including baking, dough handling, icing and decorating.
• Maintain clean, organized and hygienic work area.
• Adhere to food safety and QA standards.
• Follow recipes and measure ingredients as directed.
