Job summary

Responsibilities include decorating cakes, handling special orders, assisting in baking when needed, and upholding all company policies. The role requires strong customer service and physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills to provide adequate customer service.
• Dexterity in hands to wrap, package, and decorate products.
• Ability to read and write to properly tag and price products.
• Experience decorating cakes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presentable and adequately filled shelves.
• Code all products and pull out‑of‑code merchandise daily to control freshness.
• Wrap, package, and price all products accurately and legibly.
• Maintain sanitation and follow company policies.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and greet customers.
• Ensure cake orders are completed to customer satisfaction.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Answer phones and take special orders; assist in baking when needed.
