Job summary

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of job specific skills assessment.
• 6 to 12 months experience or successful completion of the Giant Eagle Apprenticeship program.
• Lifting requirement of up to 50 pounds.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Fill tables and cases with cakes after taking from prep area.
• Ensure store meets out-of-stock percentage goals.
• Apply merchandising principles to generate sales.
• Take special orders from guests.
• Maintain product quality by checking dates and condition.
• Provide exemplary customer service and knowledge to assist customers.
