Job summary

Harmons Bakery is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain high quality and presentation of all cake products. You will mix, bake, assemble, and decorate cakes for sale and custom orders, while managing product levels and ensuring accurate pricing and signage.

Responsibilities

• Follows store policies and maintains bakery standards.
• Ensures quality and freshness of bakery products.
• Maintains product assortment and inventory for the Bakery.
• Confirms pricing, signage, and ad item accuracy.
• Keeps bakery area clean and sanitized daily to standard.
• Delivers excellent customer service to customers.
• Prepares cakes by mixing, baking, assembling, and decorating.
• Decorates cakes for sale and custom orders and produces frosting.
