Harps is seeking a hardworking team member for the bakery department who can uphold customer service standards and help maintain product quality. You will assist with daily operations, inventory, and displays while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support bakery department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and cleanliness.
• Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing and accounting.
• Merchandise and maintain displays, signing, and general department zoning procedures.
• Follow food safety production guidelines for fresh products, proper packaging, labeling, and weights.
• Maintain department cleanliness and use approved equipment and cleaning chemicals.
