Qualifications

• 6 Months' Experience In Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledgement of required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if selected.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks and resources to provide customer service.
• Be an Expert: plan bakery productions, ensure quality, follow recipes, and master decorating techniques with various tools.
• Be a Techie: use handheld technology to drive sales, support production decisions and product quality.
