Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cake and dessert production based on given quantity, including icing and decorating.
• Follow daily production quantity and pre-orders.
• Ensure final products meet quality standards as designated by the company.
• Receive incoming supplies, restock and organize based on FIFO.
• Maintain clean work station and follow sanitation standards.
• Knowledge of basic food safety rules and safe handling procedures.
• Use time efficiently and manage time well.
• Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Follow directions from store or corporate leadership.
