Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional service and sharing knowledge of bakery deli goods
• Creating attractive, custom cake designs
• Maintaining stock levels of decorated cakes
• Ensuring product quality, freshness, and proper dating
• Keeping the Bakery Deli area clean and well-signed
• Handling cake orders, inventory, and decorating supplies
• Timely order fulfillment and customer service

Standards and Requirements

• Adhering to safety guidelines and reporting safety issues
• Following company policies, including dress code and name tag wearing
• Completing required training and staying updated on bakery and deli knowledge

Physical and Basic Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., stand, move, and handle sharp tools safely. Good vision and hearing are essential, along with the ability to work on potentially slippery floors.
