Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV is seeking a Cake Decorator for our Bakery to produce, decorate and present baked goods for guests.

You will prepare items per recipes, mix batches, frost cakes, garnish trays, bake and portion servings while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Prior wedding cake decoration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a scratch baker.
• Ability to mix, bake, and finish products.
• Thorough understanding of measurements and use of all equipment in the Pastry Shop.
• Previous wedding cake decoration and set‑up preferred.
• Adherence to grooming standards.

• Meet vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus ability.
