Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Decorate Bakery Items: Decorate a variety of bakery products including cakes, cookies, pies, donuts, and more.
• Enhance Visual Appeal: Create visually appealing bakery items to boost sales and exceed guest expectations.
• Customer Service: Assist guests with bakery needs, take special orders, and realize their cake design visions.
• Stock and Maintain Displays: Keep bakery displays fresh, appealing, and well-stocked.
• Quality Standards: Ensure products are fresh and meet quality standards, removing any substandard items.
• Collaborate: Work with team members to meet department goals and maintain cleanliness.
• Food Safety: Keep logs updated and follow all safety guidelines.
• Attendance: Maintain regular, timely attendance and communicate absences promptly.
• Support Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
