Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborate with team members to meet the total club's expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate across teams, educate others on tools and resources, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining stock levels and controlling shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Ensure bakery quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates and members using handheld technology.
4. Be an Owner: Manage bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, model company values, and support team development.
