Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates effectively; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed.
2. Be an Expert: Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily needs, operates baking equipment, follows recipes, ensures compliance with food safety standards, and maintains inventory and sanitation standards.
3. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, utilizing handheld technology for decision-making and encouraging others to adopt new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Maintains operational excellence, ensures quality and safety standards, secures merchandise, minimizes waste, and assists members with their purchases.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club, models high-quality service, and exhibits energy and passion for the work.
6. Complies with policies: Adheres to company policies, standards of ethics, and implements related action plans.
7. Completes work efficiently: Uses policies and resources effectively, collaborates with team and management, prioritizes tasks, and adapts to change.

The hourly wage is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential premiums based on circumstances, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
