Daily Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional service and share knowledge of bakery deli goods.
2. Create beautiful, eye-catching custom cake designs.
3. Maintain proper stock levels of decorated cakes.
4. Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper dating.
5. Keep signage in the Bakery Deli Department clean and updated.
6. Assist with cake orders, inventory, and decorating supplies, offering expert customer knowledge.
7. Ensure timely order processing and pickups.

Company Standards

1. Follow safety guidelines and report safety equipment issues.
2. Adhere to company policies, including dress code and name tag wearing.
3. Complete required training and stay updated with latest knowledge.
4. Maintain good communication with other departments.

Physical and Basic Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs frequently, and 10-20 lbs constantly. Must have dexterity, be able to stand and move at various workstations, and use knives and sharp tools safely.
