Your role in the store will be to assist the Bakery Deli Manager in providing creative, quality cakes to our customers.

Position Details

Part Time/Full Time – Mid-Level Store

Daily Operations

• Providing exceptional service to all clientele and sharing your knowledge of bakery deli goods.
• Creating beautiful custom designs with eye appeal.
• Maintaining proper stock levels of fully and partially decorated cakes.
• Ensuring focus on product quality and freshness and properly dating products.
• Maintaining, cleaning, and keeping proper signage in the Bakery Deli Department.
• Assisting with cake orders, inventory, ordering decorating supplies, and providing expert knowledge to customers.
• Being timely with orders and pick-ups.

Company Standards

• Following all safety guidelines & reporting any missing or non-functional safety equipment.
• Complying with all company policies including dress code and wearing a name tag.
• Completing all required company training for the Bakery Deli Department.
• Staying up to date with the latest training and knowledge while maintaining good communication with other departments.

Physical and Basic Functions

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently, and 10-20 lbs. constantly. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Ability to stand, move between workstations, and work on floors that may become slippery. Capable of using knives and sharp instruments safely.
