Position Details

• Part Time/Full Time – Mid-Level Store
• Reports To: Store Director, Bakery Director, Bakery Deli Director

Daily Operations

• Provide exceptional service and share knowledge of bakery deli goods
• Create beautiful, eye-catching custom cake designs
• Maintain stock levels of decorated cakes, ensure product quality and freshness
• Maintain cleanliness and signage in the Bakery Deli Department
• Assist with cake orders, inventory, and decorating supplies
• Ensure timely order processing and pick-ups

Company Standards

• Follow safety guidelines and report safety equipment issues
• Adhere to company policies, including dress code and name tag wearing
• Complete required training and stay updated on bakery and deli knowledge
• Communicate effectively with other departments

Physical and Basic Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs. force frequently, and 10-20 lbs. constantly. Must have dexterity, stand and move at various workstations, and use knives and sharp instruments safely.
