Job Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
• Maintain a positive attitude; foster an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through teamwork and flexibility.
• Create a positive, friendly, and fun working environment with a customer-first approach by greeting and engaging with customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Prepare and produce high-quality food and products to meet or exceed customer and company expectations.
• Decorate specialty cakes, including using a photo cake computer.
• Take telephone orders for food and specialty cakes.
• Maintain display cases and ensure proper rotation and dating of food service products.
• Manage product inventory and handle ordering responsibilities.
• Keep the display case, workstation, and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Ensure all special cake orders are ready for delivery on time.
• Cross-train in multiple areas with varying responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact effectively with various individuals daily.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled shifts to adhere to company policies.
