1. Providing efficient and courteous customer service to support our mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
2. Maintaining a positive, friendly, and fun environment through teamwork and flexibility.
3. Greeting customers and providing prompt, courteous service.
4. Preparing and decorating specialty cakes, including using photo cake computers.
5. Taking telephone orders for food and cakes.
6. Maintaining display cases and ensuring proper rotation and dating of food products.
7. Managing inventory and placing orders.
8. Keeping workstations clean and organized.
9. Ensuring all cake orders are ready for delivery on time.
10. Cross-training in multiple areas with varying responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled shifts.
