Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service. Maintains flexibility to business needs, manages stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures consistency in quality and decoration accuracy, follows recipes and measurements, works with decorating tools, and adheres to food safety and sanitation standards. Operates and sanitizes equipment, understands product layout and execution.
3. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to enhance sales and customer experience, utilizes handheld technology for decision-making, and adapts to new tools, encouraging others to do the same.
4. Be an Owner: Ensures bakery quality and standards, manages inventory, prepares for seasonal events, and assists members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, interacts with associates to address roadblocks, and mentors others in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented manner.
6. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics, implementing related action plans and fostering a culture of integrity.
