Rosauers Supermarkets Inc. in Belgrade, Montana, invites an experienced Baker to join our neighborhood bakery team. You will bake breads, pastries, and cakes, decorate to specifications, and ensure products are presented beautifully for customers throughout the store.

We value creativity, reliability, and a friendly, team‑oriented attitude. This role requires early morning shifts and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds to support our busy bakery operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery operations including dough preparation and baking.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate with shoppers.
• Creativity in decorating and presenting baked goods to appeal to customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more to high quality standards.
• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and cookies to customer specifications.
• Interact with customers and provide friendly, helpful service in the bakery.
• Package baked goods neatly and maintain attractive displays.
• Keep bakery well stocked, monitor inventory, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

The Opportunity:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more - all as delicious as they are beautiful.
• Decorating a wide variety of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more to each customer specifications.
• Interacting with customers, and serving them with a big smile - you're the face of our bakery department!
• Carefully packaging our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery - because nothing dampens the spirit like a messy kitchen!
• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed - we're a team, and we help each other out!
