Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets in Belgrade, MT is seeking a friendly Baker to join our bakery team. You’ll bake breads, pastries, pies, and decorate cakes to delight customers, while delivering warm, attentive service in a busy store.

We value teamwork, safety, and consistency. You’ll help keep the bakery stocked, organized, and clean, with early morning shifts and weekly pay that rewards your hard work. Experience preferred; training available; opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

As our Baker, you'll be the doughy heart of our operations, mixing magic into every pastry, pie, and loaf of bread that comes out of our ovens. What You'll Be Doing

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more - all as delicious as they are beautiful.
• Decorating a wide variety of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more to each customer specifications.
• Interacting with customers, and serving them with a big smile - you're the face of our bakery department!
• Carefully packaging our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery - because nothing dampens the spirit like a messy kitchen!
• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed - we're a team, and we help each other out!
