Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets is seeking a bakery team member in the United States to bake breads, pastries, and cakes, while providing friendly customer service and maintaining a welcoming bakery environment.

You will keep shelves stocked, manage inventory, and ensure food safety and clean workspaces. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to obtain a valid food worker card.

Responsibilities

• Bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more.
• Interact with customers, and serve them with a big smile.
• Carefully package our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.
• Keep the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery.
• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.

• Carefully packaging our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.


• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.


• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.


• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery - because nothing dampens the spirit like a messy kitchen!


• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed - we're a team, and we help each other out!
