Rosauers Supermarkets Inc. is seeking a friendly Baker to join our Belgrade bakery team. You will bake breads, pastries, pies, and other items, and present beautiful products that delight our shoppers.

You will interact with customers, keep the bakery stocked and clean, and help manage ingredients. This role supports a tight-knit team and offers opportunities to grow in a growing regional grocery company.

Qualifications

• You have prior bakery experience and can bake a variety of items.

Responsibilities

• Bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and other baked goods.
• Interact with customers and provide excellent service as the face of the bakery.
• Package baked goods with an emphasis on presentation and quality.
• Keep the bakery fully stocked and organized to meet demand.
• Manage ingredient inventory to avoid shortages and waste.
• Maintain a clean and safe bakery environment and follow food safety rules.
• Be flexible to take on additional tasks as needed.

We're seeking a Baker to join our dough-lightful team at Rosauers Supermarkets. We're not just any supermarket. We're a community. As our Baker, you'll be the doughy heart of our operations, mixing magic into every pastry, pie, and loaf of bread that comes out of our ovens. What You'll Be Doing:

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more - all as delicious as they are beautiful.
• Interacting with customers, and serving them with a big smile - you're the face of our bakery department!
• Carefully packaging our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery - because nothing dampens the spirit like a messy kitchen!
• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed - we're a team, and we help each other out!
