Qualifications

• Experience in Bakery or related industry is preferred.
• Education: No High School diploma required.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Age: at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench work according to scratch procedures.
• Bake products to specifications and recipes.
• Prepare and fry donuts according to established procedures.
• Insert products into proof box and monitor size/shape.
• Maintain safety and sanitation throughout the department.
• Provide exemplary customer service and help customers locate products.
• Record special orders accurately.
