Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, customer-first approach.
• Prepare and decorate cakes and cupcakes, including photo cakes.
• Maintain display cases, bakery and cake areas, and related equipment.
• Take telephone orders for food and specialty cakes and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and proper dating/rotation of products.
• Cross-train in multiple areas to support store operations.
