Job summary

Off The Hook in Denham Springs, LA is seeking a reliable Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, uphold standards, and ensure guest satisfaction during each shift.

Requirements include ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain, 1+ year restaurant or retail management experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work varied shifts and travel for trainings.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized; capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends; travel for trainings as needed.
• ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.
• 1+ year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet standards during shifts.
• Acts as manager on duty and open and closes the restaurant.
• Enforces Off The Hook policies and standards.
• Provide exemplary guest service.
• Uses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective actions when needed.
• Always ensure cleanliness of restaurant during the shift.
