Job summary

Off the Hook Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations and uphold our Cajun fast-casual standards. The role involves acting as manager on duty, closing/opening shifts, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of restaurant or retail management, is detail-oriented, organized, and willing to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified. 18+ and valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
• ServSafe certification required or willing to obtain.
• 1+ year restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure standards during shifts.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Enforces Off The Hook policies and standards.
• Provide exemplary guest service.
• Uses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and corrective actions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant during the shift.
