Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a Supervisor for Cage & Vault to lead daily operations, ensuring secure, compliant handling of controlled substances and accurate inventory. You will manage staffing, performance, and safety while coordinating with Inventory Control and Quality teams to maintain process integrity.

You will provide hands-on support as needed, drive coaching and development, and uphold company policies and regulatory requirements across the Flower Mound facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with controlled-substance handling and DEA/CFR considerations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work of Cage & Vault Associates.
• Plan and assign daily tasks based on priorities and staffing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security for controlled substances.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
• Coach and develop team; conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve controls and efficiency.
