Job summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking a Supervisor for Cage & Vault operations at the Flower Mound distribution center. You will lead direct reports, plan and direct daily work, manage staffing, and ensure accurate, compliant handling of controlled substances.

Responsibilities include oversight of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution, with a focus on safety and policy adherence. You will partner with Inventory Control, Quality, Compliance and other departments to maintain product flow,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Ops Mgmt preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse operations and staff in a regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cage & Vault team with day-to-day supervision and coaching.
• Oversee controlled-substance receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure DEA CFR compliance and safety, audits, and documentation.
