Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Cage Supervisor to lead the cage team, ensure accurate and compliant financial transactions, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will support MGM Rewards and manage daily shift tasks under internal control standards.

The role emphasizes local gaming regulations, staff development, and collaborative scheduling to maintain adequate coverage while upholding a positive work environment for diverse guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in cash handling or customer service required.
• Prior experience as a cage cashier.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cage operations by monitoring quality standards, delegating tasks, running shift reports, verifying and approving transactions in accordance with internal control standards
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service, resolve guest complaints, supervise and support MGM Rewards programs and member requests professionally
• Balance banks at end of shift and ensure reports comply with Title 31 regulations
• Issue FREEPLAY and adjust tier credits per policies
• Coordinate work schedules and maintain attendance with the Cage Manager
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with company diversity commitments
