Job summary

MGM Springfield, operated by MGM Resorts International, is hiring a Cage Shift Supervisor to manage daily cage operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and leadership on the floor. You will oversee cash handling, reporting, and staff coaching in a fast-paced gaming environment.

The ideal candidate holds a HS diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, and will supervise Cage activities, assist management, and uphold service standards for guests and employees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience or cashier/casino credit/main bank experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cage and Credit activities with count integrity.
• Verify transactions over $2,500 for accuracy.
• Generate end-of-shift and 24-hour period reports.
• Maintain records and assist with hiring/discipline as needed.
• Ensure operations meet MLGCA regulations and internal policies.
