Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks a Player Services Supervisor/Shift Manager in Las Vegas to supervise Cage/Credit operations and ensure compliance with policies and gaming regulations. You will protect assets, process monetary transactions, and coordinate duties across Player Services.

The role requires experience in Cage/Credit, strong communication, and ability to train staff while promoting Boyd Rewards. You will work with casino departments to optimize guest service and handle daily audits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years Cage/Credit experience preferred.
• Ability to operate any position in Player Services.
• Must pass heightened background review.
• Must obtain a TAM card for Guest comping requirements.
• Must be able to bend, push and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Protect casino cage assets and comply with internal controls and laws.
• Process monetary and credit transactions for customers and departments.
• Coordinate Player Services duties and supervise staff.
• Input, update, and access customer credit information via computer.
• Promote and explain Boyd Rewards and assist with events.
• Conduct daily player tracking system audits.
• Handle guest recovery and ensure customer service excellence.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
