The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Cage Cashiering experience, is 21+, and is committed to delivering SH0W guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Cage Cashiering experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Casino Cage operations and coordinate with Casino, Finance, Marketing, F&B, Hotel, and Retail departments.
• Lead and develop the team; deliver performance feedback and training as needed.
• Manage M life Rewards programs and related incentives per policy.
• Monitor operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Title 31.
• Uphold SH0W guest service standards and professionally resolve guest requests and disputes.
