Responsibilities

• Keep cage operations compliant with Cash Operation Manual, TICS and MICS, and Title 31 regulations
• Supervise Cage Cashiers, Main Bankers, and Kiosk Team Members
• Maintain security and accountability of casino funds
• Provide training and coaching to staff
• Schedule staff and manage PTO requests
• Handle customer inquiries and document follow-ups
• Assist with cashier or main bank duties as needed
• Maintain professional and confidential handling of gaming records
• Work odd hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Travel for training as required
