Job summary

Wind Creek is seeking a Cage Shift Manager to oversee Cage Cashiers, Main Bankers, and Kiosk Team Members. The role ensures secure handling of funds, adherence to policies, and a professional guest experience in a fast-paced gaming environment.

The candidate will lead shift operations, provide training, and coordinate staffing while maintaining strict cash-control procedures and regulatory compliance. A strong background in cash handling and bilingual communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; must obtain GED within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment.
• Associate’s Degree in Related field or two years supervisory experience or Wind Creek-related equivalent as listed in qualifications.
• Two years of high-volume cash handling experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and be able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have or be eligible for an Occupational License per Florida statutes and Florida Gaming Control Commission.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cage Cashiers, Main Bankers, and Kiosk Team Members to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain security and accountability of casino funds in the cage and main bank areas during shifts.
• Provide ongoing training and information to new and existing personnel; conduct coaching and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Schedule staff according to company needs; approve or deny PTO requests and prepare employee evaluations.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Ensure operations comply with Cash Operation Manual procedures, TICS, MICS, and Title 31 regulations.
