Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Cage Manager with policies and procedures.
• Schedule team to balance staffing and labor costs.
• Coach and guide Team Members to meet goals and guest service standards.
• Hire, train, and evaluate new Team Members.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect information.
• Resolve guest complaints in a timely and positive manner.
