Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Cage Manager to oversee all cage and count operations, ensuring accurate handling of company funds and strict compliance with gaming regulations. You will lead cage staff, safeguard assets, manage cash flow, and contribute to a high level of guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Proficient Microsoft Office programs to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED Required, college degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Nebraska Racing and Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cage operations, including cash handling, chip distribution, check cashing, and financial transactions.
• Ensure strict compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies to safeguard assets.
• Supervise, coach, and develop cage staff to maintain high performance and accountability.
• Monitor and verify cash flow activities, ensuring accuracy, balancing, and proper documentation of all transactions.
• Establish and enforce procedures for cash handling, audits, and security controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Surveillance, and Compliance to support operations and investigations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to cage activity and performance.
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
