Caesars Entertainment in Danville, VA is seeking a Cage Cashier Dual Rate to lead the cage team and safeguard assets while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will direct day-to-day operations, set performance expectations, and support the Cashier Manager in their absence.

• General business knowledge with broad understanding of casino cage, slot, and table games rules, regulations, and procedures preferred.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the cage operations and safeguards company assets.
• Communicates performance expectations to cage cashiers and bankers.
• Assists the Cashier Manager in daily duties and takes full responsibility in their absence.
• Works specialty banks or front line as needed.
• Assists with scheduling for casino cashiering and banking teams.
• Investigates equipment or facility failures.
• Investigates and resolves guest complaints.
• Monitors cashiering activities across front line, specialty banks, main bank, and redemption areas.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding financial information, operating systems, policies, and team member data.
• Ensures training and regulatory compliance; produces and delivers reports.
• Participates in interviewing, selecting, training, and disciplining team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
