Job Overview: The Cage and Player Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Player Services department, including Cage Cashiering, Credit, and Players Club. Responsibilities include ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, COM, guest service standards, and regulations. The role involves securing company funds, managing paperwork, and working independently with a detail-oriented approach.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of Player Services, stepping in as needed
  • Understand and manage Direct Mail offers and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with all SOPs, policies, and regulations; supervise staff accordingly
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments
  • Assist in safeguarding casino funds during shifts
  • Train and coach staff; handle disciplinary actions
  • Resolve shortages and customer complaints, document issues
  • Assist in scheduling, PTO approvals, and employee evaluations
  • Deliver courteous, confidential guest service; maintain confidentiality of gaming records
  • Provide performance reports and conduct service audits
  • Complete staff evaluations based on performance metrics
  • Manage leadership development projects
  • Authorize guest comps as designated
  • Support team in delivering excellent guest service
  • Monitor team morale and cleanliness
  • Recommend improvements proactively
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED; enrolled students must complete GED within 6 months
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent supervisory/department experience
  • Two years of high-volume cash handling experience
  • Proficiency with 10 key calculator and math skills (70% pass rate)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with coin and currency counters
  • Pass job interview and guest service audition
  • Ability to make precise decisions and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to stand or walk for entire shift
  • Willing to travel, work various shifts, and obtain/maintain Occupational License

Base Pay

  • Range: $22.40 - $30.00, depending on experience and skills
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, EAP, paid time off, 401K, shift differential, bonuses
