Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years of casino experience, 1 year in a leadership role required.
Minimum 2 years of Sports Book Management experience preferred but not required.
Must have 10-key proficiency, operating wagering systems and Ticket Issuing Machines.
Requires general computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily cage operations and ensure integrity of currency and chips counts.
Monitor wagering activity and manage the Sports Book staff.
Balance bank drawers and ensure accurate reporting for the Cage/Credit area.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and MA Gaming Commission requirements.
Lead and develop team members; promote safety and high service standards.
Collaborate with departments to improve guest and team member experiences.
