Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Cage Shift Supervisor to oversee cage operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and guide team members through each shift.

You will maintain internal controls, assist with banking, currency orders, and resolve guest disputes while upholding the Live! brand of service. This role requires familiarity with cage processes and strong leadership in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino cage operations or banking preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Flexible work schedule available, including graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains working knowledge of Cage operations internal functions, controls and software.
• Communicates policy or schedule changes to Team Members.
• Ensures accurate performance standards via inventory and paperwork controls (bank, cage checks, currency orders).
• Assists guests with variances, disputes, counterfeit issues, and internal control concerns.
• Maintains professional rapport with other departments (IT, Security, Surveillance).
• Ensures training and development of Team Members in Cage Operations and manages shift scheduling.
