Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Cage Supervisor to oversee daily cage operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate, secure cash handling in our New Hampshire venues. You will implement compliance with Title 31 guidelines, manage bank balancing, and maintain detailed records while delivering exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in gaming or banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant experience.
• Previous gaming or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cage operations and cash handling to ensure accuracy and security.
• Supervise cage staff and maintain compliant, safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31 guidelines including CTRs and MTLs.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and cash counts.
• Document incidents and variances following reporting protocols.
