Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a supervisory professional to manage a designated shift in a fast-paced entertainment setting. You will supervise staff, balance cash processes, ensure compliance, and foster guest satisfaction while maintaining budgets and operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in customer service, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. Shift flexibility and a team-first mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent and 2–4 years related customer service experience.
• Proficient with keyboarding, MS Office, email, and basic databases/spreadsheets/word processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; adaptable to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily shift management, driving performance and profit goals.
• Create effective schedules while controlling labor costs and guest satisfaction.
• Investigate variances and internal control violations; support budget processes.
• Provide superior customer service and ensure CTR and SARC compliance.
• Protect assets and ensure cage banks balance, and respond to inquiries.
